Elysium Wills and Estate Planning was founded by Elisha Farrell. After more than 15 years in corporate banking across legal and insurance divisions, I decided to move into something more personal. Expecting my daughter in 2019 was the turning point. I wanted a career where I could genuinely help people, rather than operate within the constraints of a large corporate environment.

My motivation is rooted in personal experience. I lost my father at a young age to an aneurysm and witnessed first-hand how difficult it was for my mother to manage the financial and legal responsibilities that followed. With the right planning in place, so much of that stress could have been avoided.

Today, estates can be more complex than ever, with blended families, digital assets and business interests all adding to the picture. My aim is to make the process feel simple, clear and approachable, guiding you through everything in plain English so you can feel confident that the people you care about are protected.

I am a proud member of the Society of Will Writers, operating under their Code of Conduct, and I hold £20 million in Professional Indemnity Insurance through my partnership with Kingsley Wood, giving you complete peace of mind.

Founded in January 2026, Elysium Wills & Estate Planning takes its name from the ancient Greek concept of Elysium — a place of perfect peace, happiness, and bliss, often likened to paradise itself.
